We arrived in Mongolia in 2002 and initially worked in the capital city of Ulaanbaatar.
In 2014 we moved to Sukhbaatar, Selenge, which is a small town of 25,000 on the border of
Russia and Mongolia. God led us to this rural farming community which is a great fit for our
Trees of Life Restoration project. Through our project, which is focused on Fruit Tree
propagation and promoting permaculture practices, we have been able to make many
connections into the community and beyond into many other provinces in Mongolia. In this
location, we are also involved in supporting the local church leaders and are part of a local
fellowship called the “Salt and Light Church”.
We love living life alongside our community and hosting people who come from far and wide,
sharing food, games, creative times, adventures, stories around the table and our faith in
Jesus.
We are also blessed with 6 wonderful children, 3 in-laws, and 4 grandchildren.
We are so thankful for this journey that God has called us to and appreciate your prayers
and support that sustain us.
